Any personal data is used in compliance with the applicable data privacy provisions. Below you will find the needed information of how personal data is handled in relation to this website. Find below a description which data is being collected, how it is being used and what rights you have in terms of the use of your data:

A. Scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data when visiting this website

With every visit to this website there is information being stored temporarily in so called log-files (access-log, error-log) that are saved on the hosting server (provider: HostEurope). The data will be deleted automatically after a period of six months.

B. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

There will be no transfer of personal data to third parties until the user has expressly agreed to this or if the operator will be under a legal obligation to do so. Transfer to third parties for other purposes will not take place.

The operator makes use of appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect any stored personal data against manipulation, partial or total loss, and unauthorised access by third parties. The used security measures are being continually improved in line with technological developments.

It is important to understand that the transmission of any data via the Internet, like for example by e-mail, can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard data completely against third parties access. The operator cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.

The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. The operator reserves the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g. by means of spam mail.
